To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

沙田帝都酒店的西餐廳「帝玉庭」近日搖身一變,變成中菜廳「玉庭」,行政總廚倪師傅走馬上任,設計了多款精緻菜式,傳統創新兼備,適值7月份多位友人生日,正好到此慶祝一番,順便一試倪師傅的手勢。全新面貌的「玉庭」,多處以花卉作為點綴,設計大方清雅,這夜我們多位朋友在此暢敘,確是高興!打頭陣的「三道豐味」包括「明爐蜜汁黑豚叉燒」、「江畔如月拍黃瓜」與「紫酥蒜醋牛油果」三道前菜。「明爐蜜汁黑豚叉燒」軟熟腍甜,「江畔如月拍黃瓜」清新爽脆,「紫酥蒜醋牛油果」則配搭新穎,滑膩開胃,給我留下深刻的印象。 以小壺位上的「養生黑蒜燉肉汁」以特別的賣相示人,湯味濃甜,裡面的肉餅早己燉得軟腍無比,我那壺雖然黑蒜味道不太出,但下了陳皮的湯水帶有陳皮的有果香,仍是好喝的燉湯。 「香露頭抽爆炒大鷹鯧魚球」的鷹鯧魚肉早經去骨炒球,啖啖魚肉,味道濃郁。 「三蔥爆炒安格斯牛肉粒」的安格斯牛肉粒腍滑可喜,肉汁豐富,配以炸蒜、香蔥,更是惹味香濃。 改了一個美麗名字的「芙蓉百花燕液滾龍珠」其實是以燕窩與蝦膠為材料的菜式,賣相精美,中間的彈牙蝦膠混入了燕窩,被淡黃色的滑溜蒸蛋包圍,上面還點綴上橙色的蟹子,吃來口感既佳,味道也

同樣改了一個漂亮名字的「渚煙露華濃台山蟹砵」,足有數斤重的大蟹,又多肉,又多膏,與蛋黃、豆豉、乾蔥等材料成為了底下米飯的良伴,飽肚,也好吃。

漁家濃湯肉碎鮮腐竹浸蕃薯苗」雖有肉碎與濃湯,但主角還是蔬菜。浸泡在濃味魚湯之中的鮮腐竹與蕃薯苗,可消解肉的膩,卻又不會流於清寡,不錯,不錯!
