在新蒲崗搵食潮州菜,相信識食都會選擇這間有差不多五十年老字號嘅打冷店,除咗傳統嘅「打冷」菜式,仲有好多鑊氣小炒!今晚同喜歡食潮州菜嘅朋友到來。必點就係潮州炸蠔餅,上枱時熱辣辣,炸到金黃色,入口鬆脆香口,蛋香味道十足,新鮮嘅蠔肉都係夠肥美之餘還大大粒,口感十分飽滿,食嘅時候可以點少少魚露提鮮,入口味道更佳。撚手蒜香骨,亦十大分推介,師傅以秘製方法將腩排頭以蒜香炸加重蒜味之餘外,還斬得細細件將肉排表面沾上一層薄薄脆漿炸到金黃色,入口時多了一陣酥脆外還啖啖肉之餘肉汁豐富、有肉味,亦夠鬆軟。最後就係豆醬雞,比較特別以黃豆醬燜煮,雞肉入口嫩滑帶點香濃嘅豆香味同一點點鹹味,師傅還加入了檸檬醬汁讓雞肉保持鮮嫩多汁嘅口感!加埋枝冰凍嘅玻璃樽汽水,十分有feel
