To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳位於界限街20號地鋪,主打無味精、傳統地道既蒙古菜,餐廳四處有蒙古裝飾,可以免費自助斟茶水。蔥燒羊腩飯選用黑頭羊,有內蒙古草原原始風味,羊腩用料十足,份量唔少,咬落非常有韌勁。味道有一定既羊騷味,但配上大葱、洋蔥和原有醬汁下感覺容易入口。肚包肉湯蒙古傳統小食,以羊肚包住羊腿肉,內裏腿肉肉質鮮嫩多汁,外羊肚煙韌爽脆,將羊肉肉汁和鮮味鎖住係入面,可蘸點韭菜花醬或腐乳醬配搭食用。牛肉餅牛肉餅外皮煎得香口,入面鋪滿牛肉粒和洋蔥碎,調味剛剛好,惹味得黎唔會覺得好油膩,適合食肉獸試一試。内蒙羊肉串羊肉串即燒即上碟,肉質鮮嫩多汁,羊肉既油脂香味甘香醇厚,表面既孜然粉令其更加惹味。豆ト串風琴形狀的豆卜串,口感脆口乾身,味道有淡淡既豆香味,作為前菜及下酒菜不錯。原條燒茄子原條大茄子在中間剖開兩半,香味十足,表面有大量蒜茸及香蔥,蒜香味濃郁,香辣惹味。
