Sabatini Ristorante Italiano 一間在香港非常出名的意大利餐廳, 有很多好評, 但米芝蓮香港澳門指南未曾出現, 城中的老牌子其水準如何, 要一試證實。就像是走進了意大利一樣, 其裝修很有外國風情, 環境是舒適的。午市平日有午餐供應, starter, pasta, main course, dessert, 最少二種, 最多全部四種全選, 價格二百至四百多不等, 在尖沙咀區算中上。侍者先上其名物自家麵包, 有先加熱及有麥香, 也有著名的麵包條, 但不算出色, SOHO區很多一般餐廳都有其水準, 和想像中有落差。跟著試試 Appetizer Buffet, 選擇不是多, 巴馬火腿, 蜜瓜, 水牛芝士, 煙三文魚, 金槍魚, 莎樂美腸及車厘茄等等, 其味道及水準只能算合格, 留下的印象不深, 可能因價格比其他同區食店高不少關係, 要求自然高一點。主菜要了是日 Pasta, 螺絲粉加上黑松露白汁, 黑松露濃郁香氣下另螺絲粉變為另一層次的美食, 自家製的螺絲粉非常有咬口, 注意是非常, 加上黑松露, 另筆者感到覺非常幸福, 真的有到了意大利用餐感覺。另一主菜為 Gri

另兩款要了意大利芝士蛋糕及士多啤梨拿破侖, 招牌意大利芝士蛋糕本身濕潤好吃, 而士多啤梨拿破侖則太細件了, 很難跟友人分享, 最後由筆者獨自品嘗, 拿破侖鬆脆可口, 但獨樂樂不如眾樂樂, 有點兒失樂。

這一餐也吃得有少少失落, 主要是前菜 buffet 和想像中有出入, 另外主菜賣相直出直入, 少了一份時尚和精美感覺, 主要以味道取勝, 當然店子仍保留那永恆經典的裝修, 令食客有回到傳統意大利餐廳的感覺, 在香港不多見, 食物水準尚算紮實;在此區平日午餐來說價格是不便宜的, 但仍是值得一試的地方。
