今日午餐時段又來高街尋找美食,從正街上到高街後往左邊行,見到有間小餐廳門口貼滿很多奬狀,看看餐牌原來是間意大利餐廳,不是主打pizza 那種餐廳,所以決定一試!餐廳裝修較為沉實,以柔和木色為主調。我選擇set lunch,點了餐湯、spaghetti vongole (clams)、一杯凍檸水及一杯white wine。先來香草橄欖油麵包伴橄欖油。碟橄欖油好香,用來點麵包好好味。然後上Pumpkin soup。個湯較為清淡,我將點麵包的橄欖油加小小落碗湯然後再飲,果然增加了橄欖油的香味及令到碗湯變得厚身。主菜Spaghetti Vongole (Clams)。傳統做法,蒜蓉、白酒煮Clams, 再用煮Clams的湯來煮意粉,好有鮮味👍甜品最有驚喜Panna Cotta, 意式奶涷加上一滴橄欖油,將橄欖油在奶凍中攪拌,一入口橄欖油的香氣完全散發出來,感覺上奶凍只是配角,橄欖油才是主角👍White wineMalvasia Blanc, Vigneti Reale, Selento, Italy隻grape 我第一次試,南意大利酒,感覺好fresh, off-dry,有白花香氣,配今餐的食
