回想去4月底,那時剛剛回復生活正常,可以回公司工作。巳經有2.5個月,冇見同事啦,我哋幾個約埋一齊食午餐敘舊一下。其中一個提議食點心,另一個提議嚟呢度食,咁我就負責訂枱啦~留家煙燻雞 (HK$208/半隻).呢個招牌菜,試過會覺得真係色、香、味俱全.上枱巳經聞到好香,入口雞肉嫩滑,雞皮吸晒啲鹵汁,呈現出金啡色,好吸引雪菜火鴨絲炆米 (HK$108).米粉入味,一條條的,口感軟腍.鴨肉絲咁滑溜,不過肉不太多大史戈渣 (HK$25/件, 4 件起).每件看似日式玉子燒,其實係以上湯和雞蛋製成的炸蛋.入口是酥軟口感、蛋香、不過味道會比較淡一點,可以點少少白砂糖一齊食蜂巢芋角 (HK$45/籠).外表真係好似一個蜂巢😮.內裡除咗芋頭好粉之外,中心仲有驚喜的餡,是粟米粒嗎?🤔筍尖鮮蝦餃 (HK$52/籠).算大隻,餃皮幾薄,蝦肉新鮮爽彈松露燒賣皇 (HK$48/籠).驚喜在每一粒面頭都有好多松露,肉厚實彈牙南瓜湯鮮竹卷 (HK$34).這個配南瓜湯汁真係第一次見,好特別😮.鮮竹卷正,幾多餡料焦糖雞蛋撻 (HK$36/一碟).餅皮蛋撻上面加上焦糖香,好食,但正常呀~
