去完大阪回來約了M食dinner兼俾手信佢,在大阪其間不停食刺身壽司和燒牛,回來緊係揀番餐中菜食吓la全新裝修,坐位非常寬蔽舒適,服務亦相當週到在Magazine 見到有介紹獨創"百碟宴", 將傳統京川滬菜製成Tapas小吃,每席足足100碟,可一次嘗試44款涼菜,熱菜,經典京點及甜品菜式可惜今晚得2個人,品嘗唔到,但見到menu都有很多不同的選擇酸辣海參羹$58~用料有海参,芽菜,木耳絲和荀絲,酸辣味調效得剛剛好,非常開胃宋嫂魚羹$48~配料甚足,有魚肉絲,芽菜,冬菇絲,木耳絲,粉絲,蛋絲和薑絲,跟一般宋嫂魚羹不同,湯頭帶點酸酸的,幾特別爆汁牛肉餡餅$43~名符其實,一咬下去真是肉汁四射,所以一定要小心不要俾熱汁盪到,餡餅表面非常鬆脆,牛肉鬆軟而juicy, 非常好味孜然羊肉$118~肉質腍滑,充滿孜然香味,份量也頗多北京填鴨$159(半隻)跟薄餅12件~做緊特價超抵鴨皮香脆油膶,肉較乾身,一點也不肥腻用熱水蒸住薄餅上桌以保存薄餅的彈性和濕潤,再放上青瓜,京葱,片皮鴨和甜醬,我已急不及待要趁熱放入口中la蜜汁火方(6件)跟火方餅6件$118~被蜜汁餞過的金華火腿非常甘香甜甜的蓮子也非
