To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

傳統月餅（陳皮紅豆&桂花蜂蜜五仁）2022年6月30日上網訂購的月餅,今天下午終於收到月餅,急不及待地品嚐了陳皮紅豆月餅及桂花蜂蜜五仁月餅.烘焙師技藝高超創新與突破傳統月餅的製作,其清爽好味道完全沒有傳統月餅的油膩感；陳皮紅豆竟然突顯出紅豆泥的豆香及其甜度；桂花蜂蜜顯露果仁香脆；以前的曲奇餅皮還有一點點牛油的油膩感,現在月餅曲奇餅皮完全是完美不油膩,唯一缺點是吃完一個月餅,立即就想到另一個口味月餅的味道如何.
