今個月係爸媽結婚三十週年紀念,所以一於去慶祝一下!先來一個招牌即燒乳豬,乳豬皮非常鬆化,外脆內軟,我未食過咁好食嘅燒乳豬!之後再來一個小食,椒鹽豆腐粒,豆腐細細粒,炸到脆卜卜,椒鹽又惹味,唔錯。太耐冇食牛仔骨,一於叫番個,黑椒牛仔骨煲,牛仔骨原煲上,好夠鑊氣,仲「沙沙聲」,好重牛肉味!除咗肉,仲有叫海鮮,就是係香煎鮮蝦餅,蝦餅好彈牙,仲煎到金黃色,恰到好處。呢度有我想食好耐嘅傳統手工菜,碧綠蝦子柚皮。柚皮食落完全冇苦澀味,又冇渣,配埋鮑汁,口感好好。我呢個食肉獸,一定叫番個,生炒上肉排,即係生炒骨,肉質夠juicy,酸甜味好夠,有質素!呢間新斗記果然名不虛傳呀!
