同老公兩個食晚飯,銅鑼灣中菜選擇多,新斗記我第一次食。七點半後記得訂座,好彩今次淨係等左20分鐘就有位啦!同橋底附近啲中菜價錢差唔多,但擁有米之蓮的光環嘅新斗記,自然覺得抵食啦。叫咗個自己響屋企好難煮嘅糖醋一字骨,用錫紙包好熱辣辣,略嫌肥咗少少,如果可以唔好咁肥會好好多!肉汁鮮嫩。天氣凍最好就係食煲,平時會叫魚香茄子煲,今日比我見到荔芋臘味煲,突然口痕痕又想試吓。有小小椰汁味而且臘味豐富,臘腸潤腸同埋臘肉都有。親埋碗白飯剛剛好。兩口子食兩個餸加埋甜品埋單三百幾蚊,甜品叫咗紅棗糕,雖然等耐左小小,但真係好好味,兩層中間仲有一層夾心。值得叫下!

天氣凍最好就係食煲,平時會叫魚香茄子煲,今日比我見到荔芋臘味煲,突然口痕痕又想試吓。

家中長輩大壽,在新斗記擺了幾圍請親朋好友賀壽。長輩是新斗記熟客,招待自然熱情細心,因此不能作準^^~當日菜式非常豐富,沒有一一拍照,第一道菜當然不能少得新斗記的招牌乳豬,皮脆肉厚,皮下沒有太多肥膏,喜歡吃皮或肉都可以各取所需。第二道蝦球,蝦非常大隻,煎得很乾身,肉質實淨彈牙,味道啱啱好。之後到薑蔥煀鮑魚,待應即場在炒鍋中炒,香氣四溢,未吃已口水流。鮑魚好淋,唔會似擦膠,除了鮑魚,薑同蔥亦大受歡迎,精華所在,個個爭住食我知好多人都反對食翅,我個人都唔鐘意食,但當晚的火瞳翅真係好正湯底好清,但味很濃,翅身當然是非常足料。全晚最正要數到呢隻野生老鼠斑,蒸得火候啱啱好,師傅沒有辜負這個條魚。平時宴會食到魚,好多人都開始唔食,但呢條魚個個爭住食,好快食完。其餘炸子雞、干燒伊麵等等都屬正常水平。但幾味精品中菜做得好,已教人對這一餐回味無窮。飽到不行。還有壽包只好打包回家,明天做早餐。

最後一堂西班牙話班,大家就揀左黎新斗記作為謝師宴。呢間分店地點係銅鑼灣鬧市,好易搵。平日加上下雨天,得四五檯客,因為我地16個人,最大既檯正常只可以坐12個人,唯有坐得親密d 。餐廳地方都好整潔,檯同檯唔算迫。餐廳既牆上面寫左十樣招牌菜,由於有人食素同對海鮮敏感,最後叫左乳豬、咕嚕肉、沙薑雞腳、黑椒牛仔骨、粟米斑塊、西芹雲耳銀杏、琵琶豆腐等等,有d 餸菜有加大,有d 就叫例牌,份量都唔錯。乳豬有驚喜,d 皮起晒,仲要唔肥,脆卜卜,其他餸菜都係熱辣辣新鮮炒,落單後5-10分鐘就上菜,好有效率。服務員姐姐都好有禮貌,係咁幫我地加茶。最後有甜品送,是日甜品係喳咋同紅豆沙,滿心歡喜有幾足料既喳咋食,點知有酸味,懷疑變壞左,有d 失望,紅豆沙都唔錯。

我不太喜歡飲茶😅但由於長輩喜愛點心,我必會投其所好,一夥兒茶聚。

今日元宵佳節,約了家人到銅鑼灣食晚飯於早兩三日前已預訂好8:00pm時段位於霎東街, 位置便利於時代廣場後面, 地鐵站一出5-10分鐘路程我地7:55pm到達,升降機口已人山人海預訂了位的客人還未安排入座在等候坐位期間,只能坐在升降機口的走廊見到特別的情況係除了客人使用該走廊外傳菜的待應都在走廊上穿插熱辣辣的餸菜遊走於人群間,險象環生, 衛生問題都欠佳0820pm,終於有位la。。。很喜歡店舖採用公雞設計乳豬仔乳豬仔燒得唔錯, 皮與肉係切開上的皮非常脆身,肉亦結實,不肥膩燒鵝燒鵝應皮脆肉香,肥厚肉嫩今次食到皮不脆肉不香仲要有d咸,但都夠肥厚肉微實粟米斑腩小朋友好喜歡食粟米湯與斑腩分開上粟米湯唔會令到斑腩變林身斑腩炸得香脆, 有肉感送飯一流仲叫左一個菜心和炒面唔知係咪今日多人,菜心和炒面都好咸兩碟食物食了半碟已放棄

上星期係人日當然要出去慶祝下慶祝唔一定要食西餐食中餐都唔錯呀我同男朋友於是就去左食燒豬好受歡迎既新斗記食啦燒汁牛仔柳 $118男朋友最鍾意食牛肉當然一定會點返樣牛肉食啦呢碟燒汁牛仔柳真係煮得好好味牛仔柳又腍又入味薑蔥美國桶蠔煲 $198呢一味餸之前我都黎過依度食佢用薑蔥整,所以煮出嚟都好惹味今次男朋友一齊嚟食,梗係要叫呢個黎比佢試下每隻蠔都好juicy ,而且煮完都仲係好大隻者者唐生菜煲 $78一餐飯入面梗係要食番個飯用者者方式黎煮個菜,好惹味連同帶少少鹹味的醬汁煮菜吸收晒啲醬汁,好入味鴻運即燒乳豬 $168 最後梗係要點番個例牌乳豬乳豬每件都燒到好香乳豬皮燒到好薄又好少脂肪最後一人配埋一個白飯食就岩岩好啦

今晚約了朋友吃飯,地點在銅鑼灣,新斗記是首選,因為他們愛吃乳豬。這裡位於時代廣場後面街的酒店內,裝修好中式酒樓。乳豬1/4只218元,外皮酥脆,入口鬆化,肉質鮮嫩,不會太肥膩,味道一流,果然是必點之選。燒鵝半只268元,鵝身都幾熱,鵝肉嫩滑,鵝皮有點脆。啫啫唐生菜煲78元,用煲上的生菜,有聲又好香,送飯一流。蝦子柚皮98元,柚皮吸收了上湯的味道,蝦子好多又甘香,功夫菜之一。生炒糯米飯168元,糯米唔太淋身,臘味切得很細,所以每口飯都吃到臘味味道。生炒上肉排98元,酸甜適中,排骨外表炸得香脆,內𥚃多汁。馬豆糕28元,椰汁不算太濃,馬豆比較軟。芝麻糊28元,芝麻炒過之後,香味一流。紅棗糕28元,好重紅棗味,煙靭彈牙。馬拉糕28元,好鬆軟,不會太甜。

臨近新年,當然要同屋企人食個團年飯啦。屋企人對中菜情有獨鍾,所以今日就搵咗一間比較出名嘅中菜餐館,同屋企人預早食個新年飯。鹵水鵝掌翼($88)我是個滷水控,一看見滷水便會心心眼。掌翼鹵得非常入味,軟腍又好吃,易退骨,味道超好!鴻運即燒乳豬($168/例)乳豬外皮非常鬆化香脆,肉質咸香嫩滑,超讚,屋企人個個大讚!即燒乳豬是店內招牌菜,差不多每枱都會點一碟,真的非常厲害!薑蔥美國桶蠔煲($198)我超級喜歡吃蠔,尤其是大大隻的生蠔。上枱時熱鍋已經散發出香噴噴的味道,非常吸引!桶蠔新鮮肥美,大隻肥厚,沒有半點腥味!鍋內的薑蔥煎得非常香口,惹味可口!最後飯後甜品可以選紅豆沙或芝麻糊,我選了說芝麻糊,因為比較少地方可以吃到,是我的童年回憶啊!
