To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天同朋友行山前搵食店，有朋友提議飲茶，好耐未嚟過西貢，行經過呢間永和，一間舊式酒家睇嚟不錯，好彩未到最繁忙時間，好快有位開餐，我哋點了一檯點心，吾小得义燒包、义燒腸、馬拉糕、豉油排骨、鮮竹卷、牛肉、燒賣、鳳爪，統統都最傳統點心，老實講味道無大驚喜，全部都一般般，勉強合格，本身都吾係抱住好大期望，最緊要呢間算就腳，所有評分都不過不失，眼見都好多人入座，午飯時間都爆棚，出面有人等位，總結想傳統飲餐茶都是一個好選擇。
