To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間馬拉餐廳喺朗豪坊對面雖然喺旺角鬧市，不過佢喺上海街所以喺旺中帶靜嘅地點入到去佢幅，壁畫好搶眼仲掛住咗架單車喺度都覺得好特別嘅室內設計同裝修用QR code落單叫左檳城香炸滷肉巻同檳城福建蝦麵等嘢食嘅途中就係冇發現佢個地下係以前細個間學校canteen嘅地磚覺得好有親切感碗麵好好味，雖然預計佢會有啲辣，但係呢係完全唔辣嘅對於我嚟講最鍾意食佢嗰嚿五花腩，因為有入口即溶嘅感覺個湯底都幾好飲唔會好頸渴個滷肉卷賣相可能有啲普通但係食落去都係好脆口雖然佢配咗啲辣嘅醬，但係我覺得如果有喼汁就好啦而家仲新出咗個紫菜肉鬆咖央多士睇落好吸引，但係我已經食唔落啦，下次再嚟啦
