To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實阿一富臨飲茶不貴,比五星酒店還會平少少。但茶每位$30,一碟陳皮豆豉醬$30,一碟金華火腿XO醬又$30。仲有一碟腰果$50。兩個人,連加一未開始叫點心都百幾兩百。但係腰果是金黃烘脆,不是貪快油炸。豆豉醬真係有陳皮,豆豉又不咸可以一顆顆食。XO醬當然又係好嘢啦!點心選擇不多,都係好食的。蝦餃是傳統13摺的,放在嘴裏都覺得幸福。棉花雞在碟底放上荷葉,雞有雞味,當然不是用梳打粉醃制的。豬膶燒賣當然好嘢。這兩樣點心都不用加粉醬,食在口中,只係鮮味!潮州滷水鵝肉腸粉,鵝肉非常美味,仲有滷水豆腐墊底。鵝肝竽角炸得非常鬆脆,餡料除鵝肝外,尚有非常爽口的菇粒。甜品是蛋白杏仁茶,糖水另上,配芝麻煎堆自然一流。壽星公蛋白蛋撻,曲奇餅友,蛋白餡有點流心。阿一老伯伯監場,服務人員貼心,茶冲好就過壷,每次服務哥哥走過都幫忙加茶,自己動手添茶不過三次。就算只係食幾樣點心,無食鮑魚,服務都係一流。自然食得開心!
