以往,在香江不同傳播媒介,也有不少著墨於忘不了魚的介紹,據云是謂淡水魚之王;傳說歸傳說,若能被得以證實,才會令人信服!身邊有不少懂吃喝精玩樂的好友,這次竟然在本地找到了吃到這種淡水魚之王的食店,地點就是在尖沙咀的--龍門金閣海鮮酒家;好友發起的約局,很多人有迴響,遂向酒家查詢,原來有些懷舊粵菜同時可供選擇,於是乘興就有了一個夾雜著忘不了魚與懷舊粵菜的晚宴!從佐敦或尖沙咀地鐵站步行至酒家的距離也差不多,所以各人都徑自來到目的地;好友與我最先到達,從其外門裝潢來看,已給人一種低調沉實的格調--以紅色底色襯托著醒目的"龍門"二字牌匾,自然而不浮誇!而內裡的裝潢也貫徹這種格調,燈光適度柔和地明亮,有較高的樓底營造較佳的空間感,足夠的冷氣與良好的抽風系統,令人感到相當舒服!由於好友綜合了各人口味喜惡,訂位時也預先訂好了菜單,基本上只等人腳到齊就可上菜;差不多八時了,友人也先後到達,酒家經理與好友交談了一下,就馬上起菜;第一道上來的懷舊叫化雞,感覺是將著名小說裡的現實化了--以鋁箔加上一層荷葉包著一整隻鮮雞,外層裹以仿泥土般的面粉類食材做成的脆漿,以多重介質密封著鮮雞去焗製;這樣做的好外就是把雞油
