香港似乎很多大型商場都忙着翻新,店舖就像小時候玩大風吹一樣,原變越陌生,但能留在原位的商戶實在少之又少。舊日的小南國,變成今日的南小館,裝潢是一貫的白,帶點田園的清新,而且無論哪間分店總有靠落地玻璃窗的高腳檯。近來iphone手發作,最惡劣時雙手可以痛至上洗手間除褲的氣力也沒有,除了與針灸為伴,今週開始吃消炎藥。從診所出來,剛好可以約男友午餐。翻開餐牌,感覺南小館的菜式無論是甜品還是正餐都彷似跟三年前沒兩樣,招牌生煎包只有美麗的賣相,如果按「皮薄、餡鮮、多汁、底脆」的標準去考慮,店方也只有兩項算是合格。外皮頂部很薄很軟,一夾便穿,湯汁四濺,底部則不成比例的厚,還是令人想念祥興記的生煎包。清燉牛腱湯麵毫無驚喜,比起主角牛腱,湯身反而更出色。除了零油花夠清新的緣故,味道還帶點像煲瘦肉水似的,感覺很養生。牛腱軟腍,但似乎連肉味都嚐不出來。麵條放下不久便結成一團,麵條表面好像有點糊開,口感不夠扎實。中場來了一杯台式cafe味道濃厚的王牌水果花茶,這款特飲以芒果為基調,再配上花茶、檸檬、藍莓、士多啤梨、西瓜、香橙等時令鮮果,顏色繽紛奪目,可惜芒果味稍嫌人工化。金網生煎窩貼算是最期待,也是最失望的
