To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 年初四假期最後一日,不需拜年,一於去high tea 嘆番一下。酒店人多又不抵食,去了一間比較隱蔽的餐廳,環境佳,服務好,當然食物水準達到要求。五,六款茶可選擇,不喜歡茶可選咖啡。既然慢慢嘆,當然茶會比較好,咖啡飲完一杯就完了。Black currant是我選的一款茶。味道好香的黑加侖子味,不錯。四款鹹點,四款甜點。鹹點有炸海鮮,三文魚牛角飽,薯仔撻和南瓜子salsa。甜點有朱古力橙味慕絲蛋糕,鬆餅,酒釀啤梨撻和菠蘿Creme burlee 。食物質素有水準,最喜歡薯仔撻,綿綿口感,撻皮酥脆。另外酒釀啤梨撻同様出色,甜度剛好,啤梨充滿着酒香。坐著傾吓嘆吓愉快的一個下午。
