To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐無黎過喇,難得英國既朋友返黎香港,要搵個地方慢慢傾,即刻就諗起Brick Lane, 貪尼道夜晚人小小,我地可以暢所欲言。咁耐無黎,餐牌唔同左,員工仍然係熱情,希望keep 住。叫左個Beef Burger 5成熟,份量都幾大,2個人share 差不多,肉質Juice幾好。鱸魚-肉質嫩滑,通常餐廳都會有汁配返,但尼個用沙律配,又好好喎,唔會覺得膩,有啲消滯嘅感覺豬肉眼扒一啲都唔韌,肉質有小小粉紅色時間掌握得好好,伴碟既配菜係有煮過,唔似有d餐廳係白恰。我地今晚傾到進入忘我境界,連杯野飲都唔記得影相,anyway 食物環境都幾好,值得推介
