To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期一至五， KCC六點後大部份餐廳只做外賣，或者已經關門，甚少做堂食，唔打唔撞，入咗呢間心機素食小店。店舖座位唔算好多，侍應服務態度10分好～打開餐牌，佢哋推介素海南雞飯，配一個湯，而且有沙律做伴碟。海南雞肉用豆製品製成，而雞皮呢？店舖職員話個皮用蝦餃嗰種鄧麵製作而成。本人認為像真度十分之高，而且配上真正海南雞嘅醬汁，味道十分之好。另一推介，就係又香又脆又甜嘅炸番薯條，份量都唔少㗎。仲有素海鮮漢堡包，香脆可口，有沙律伴碟，配上薯條，完全唔會食唔飽。最後2人晚餐共食左$200，性價比十分高嘅素菜而且捧住個肚走～今日好Lucky發掘到好食嘅素食店
