Terms & Details:
To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 最近發現銅鑼灣嘅食肆都執得幾多下，新舖頭又唔見開好多，無得試新野，起SOGO行完唯有近近地食沙爹王啦。一入去系有D嚇親，因為一D都唔似疫情中嘅食肆，係唔見左好耐嘅墟堪，雖然唔洗等位，但空位系寥寥無幾，我地都算偏夜，一晚落黎，都見隔離檯轉左一兩輪。講翻野食先，基本上呢間沙爹王嘅waiter系無左落單function，哈哈，因為係掃QR code，直接上網落單，對於我有慢慢細琢menu嘅習慣非常好，唔洗hold住waiter咁耐，唔好意思咖嘛，再加上用電話自助落單系有Discount嘅<手機點餐折扣$-2>。沙爹王宜家都出左幾多幾抵嘅野食，二人套餐系我地無嗌到嘅，見人隔離檯系咁上菜都覺得好抵。哈哈。我地嗌左<蟹粉豆腐鍋-薄餅>石鍋上，系好好味，豆腐海鮮配，撈飯都好好食，但係好熱辣辣，起熱辣辣嘅夏天就麻麻...<石鍋清酒煮蜆>38蚊但係好多蜆噢，O左嘴，有少少姜嘅辣味，香茅味，好有越式風味，D湯汁都飲左幾啖<滑lulu蛋紅酒牛柳粒飯>正啊，好大塊滑蛋，好大碟飯，好多牛柳粒，個汁配薄餅都好好味<芒果椰汁沙冰+西米>
