今天朋友生日大夥兒一同來到我們的私竇慶祝。來到這裏當然找老板輝哥豪吃一頓。前菜點了花雕鴨舌,芥末墨魚頭和韭菜豬紅,三款小食都是我的最愛,特別是花雕鴨舌酒味濃郁,佐酒簡直一流。另外點了缽仔焗魚腸,這道菜在外面很難吃得到,實在值得懷緬的一道小菜。黃金蝦也是一絕,蟹黃味濃郁,蝦肉很大,絕對是必點小菜。薑蔥霸王雞,豉油皇鵝腸,清蒸大班,花辣田螺,椒鹽九肚魚,薑蔥田雞都非常好吃,鑊氣非常足夠。不過清蒸大班的魚肉有點硬,略嫌清甜味不足。滑蛋白飯魚做法非常特別,也是一道古老的菜式。蒜蓉蒸絲瓜和豉椒炒青瓜也不錯。整體來說非常滿意。而且老闆服務非常好,人均才250元。又可以在私人包房盡情歡樂,私隱度十足。絕對是一大班人吃飯的首選地方。
