To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前曾來過兩三次,吃過早茶也吃過下午茶,這天又來吃早茶,因為這店價廉物美,也因為環境不錯。這天點了孖寶 A,選了臘腸雞粒飯和菜苗餃。臘腸雞粒飯有臘腸兩片和大量雞肉,臘腸香雞肉滑,好吃。菜苗餃的餡料填得滿滿的,味道也不錯,可惜外皮略欠彈性。這兩個點心合起來只需$30 ,超值!另外點了春風得意腸,腸粉內包着白蘿蔔條和一點脆脆的東西,腸粉皮軟滑白蘿蔔爽口再加上脆脆,口感層次豐富,白蘿蔔清甜配上豉油,味道很好,若腸粉皮更爽彈一點就更佳。這酒樓的裝潢不俗,桌椅之間雖然距離不很寬闊,但用了美觀的圍板分隔,感覺很不錯。服務方面,侍應工作效率高,態度也算不錯。
