To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

尋日食完個Lunch Buffet，今日寫下食評先 首先講下價錢，我覺得ok合理啦然後係食物，因為我中意三文魚頭，所以一定要講吓！佢個椒鹽三文魚頭賣相一般，味道方面都ok，淡啲就仲好，佢地仲有個吉列豬扒，我就覺得幾好食喇，食左三四舊先肯停，我見佢呢一味都清得好快吓，吾知係唔係其他人同我一樣都覺得好食呢，佢地都有薄餅配咖哩，但咖哩得兩款，我試左雞，都幾好食，雜菜就冇試喇，但咖哩嘅款式少，對我呢一個中意食咖哩嘅人嚟講，真係有點兒失望囉補番幾塊厚切三文魚生，都可以調整翻我心情嘅，不過佢地啲三文魚都幾好，可以一試佢地啲甜品好多，甜品控嚟到可能會幾開心，本身一到仲即刻睇有咩甜品，但最後食肉食得飽都冇試，附加啲相比你地望吓啦，一開檔就影到算讀者有眼福！
