想吃和牛的時候,我們的心水選擇必然是來自大阪的千里屋食堂,皆因這裡以平易近人的價格,賣著高質的日本和牛。今夜,吃的是黑安格斯牛肉涮涮牛肉套餐,套餐有漬物之外,還有兩款前菜,分別是軟腍入味的炆牛腩,以及暖暖香甜的玉子卷。呷口味噌湯後,即時起筷來點野菜及菇菌清爽一下胃口,接著當然是肥瘦均勻、油花密集的安格斯牛肉,放於熱湯面,輕輕一勺,肉香撲鼻,一啖入口,肉質綿綿的鬆軟滑溜,飽吸昆布湯精華,味道清甜馥香。朋友吃的是和牛鐵板三種牛扒,熱辣辣的鐵板以新鮮粟米及青綠西蘭花,伴著五花腩、肩肉及里脊肉上桌,油脂豐盛的五花腩,輕蘸橙醋同吃,軟潤甘香,而肩肉帶著一種結實的細緻口感,朋友說最愛油脂較少的里脊肉,咀嚼過後那份濃濃的牛香,實在讓人回味無窮。
