To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. SP_CE cafe & lounge上環早排晌社交平台見到不少廣告,又鄰近工作地點決定一試。店外與店內均設有座位,裝修感覺就幾休閒feel,幾岩慢慢嘆all day breakfast咁。進入店舖內~~由於鄰桌點了意大利黑松露滑蛋貝果🥯上桌,黑松露香氣滿滿。 蟹肉蟹黃醬炒滑蛋貝果🥯:在黑松露油與這個猶豫再三,最後選了這個。坦白講有少少後悔,香氣上不及黑松露。味道上蟹籽蟹黃蟹肉略淡,未能好好帶出加成效果。滑蛋切開入面有蕃茄、生菜及半邊貝果,第一口感覺略咸,貝果🥯質感硬身,蛋內層過老,滑蛋只得表面。整體味道一般,價錢略貴,感覺唔值$168,飲品$48up,加埋一總消費$230up。另外,12月餐單與4月份對比,發現每款bagel滑蛋價錢急劇加價$30,CP感略低。 PS:店舖親善動物,有不少帶狗狗光顧的客人,缺點係主人看不住竉物,狗狗跑入廚房,雖然無做成騷動,但個人感覺不太好😵‍💫。
