To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放工後去樂富揾朋友食晚飯，見到alfafa嘅餐牌，Superior set for 2 ($298)好抵食，包括頭盤、兩款主食、兩杯餐杯，仲有甜品🍮首先前菜揀咗餐湯，仲有餐包！烤新西蘭草飼牛柳(225克)配烤新薯及紅酒燒汁————————————牛柳是係牛肉最嫩嘅部位之一，新西蘭草飼牛柳肉質細嫩，脂肪含量低而富含蛋白質，符合有「營」飲食嘅理念。配上烤薯等等嘅蔬菜同紅酒燒汁，賣相同味道都更豐富。特濃黑松露醬有機野菌天使麵 +$20————————————天使麵好幼細，好配合Creamy嘅醬汁，配上特濃黑松露醬，夠晒入味，配上有機野菌，果然係有「營」飲食🌱蝴蝶酥椰子雪糕三文治————————————夠晒誠意！兩大塊蝴蝶酥，好酥脆！仲有大大嚿我最愛嘅椰子雪糕🥥滿足🥹玫瑰泡沫咖啡(凍) +$16————————————玫瑰花瓣加上甜甜嘅玫瑰花香味🍓夠晒少女心🌹
