To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 事實上有許多食評我一直要寫不寫,猶豫未決。無他,只是曾經與我一起立志吃遍天下的那個他已不再是我的他。感情會變但美食帶給我的快樂永遠不變像電影般為情消瘦食不下嚥的情節並未發生我身上所以,我依舊堅決吃遍天上。只是身邊少了個說笑的伴吧了,其實沒什麼大不了。..............................回歸正題是次小妹到訪的是小有名氣的北京樓印像中當時是到海洋公園一遊後飢腸轆轆讓我們不作他想決定入內填肚餐廳佈置十分大氣深藍作底讓人感覺高雅肅穆只有二人的我們雖說挺大食的但合起來也不過最多三個胃罷了因此價樣昂貴而不能散叫的北京烤鴨就與我們無緣了不過看著隔離一家大小吃著香氣四溢的烤鴨鴨子表面油光滿佈,看著便覺香脆可口登時令人扼腕嘆息我的烤鴨啊  我下次定然聯群結隊的去ko你烤鴨固然吸引但北京美食可不只這些(★★★★★為滿分)雞絲湯面 - ★★★湯頭很鮮甜,奶白的色澤看著便覺可喜。麵條不算很有勁道但也不會過軟,面雞絲份量適中,整體中上之姿。京蔥炒牛肉配夾餅- ★★★★小妹是個愛蔥之人,因此此道正中口味。大蔥份量相當不少,若是不吃蔥的朋友可千萬不要點此道菜式。醬汁很是惹味,可謂略重口,但對

小妹是個愛蔥之人,因此此道正中口味。大蔥份量相當不少,若是不吃蔥的朋友可千萬不要點此道菜式。
醬汁很是惹味,可謂略重口,但對於重口味如我自然是無任歡迎了。而且略重的滋味配以咸香脆口的芝麻夾餅正好適合,小妹一人可是幹掉了三大件呢。
而牛肉亦十分嫩口,的確非街邊貨色可比。更重要的是香蔥和牛肉的比例十分恰當,各佔半壁江山而不會冇純吃一種配料的情況。

酥點炸得十分香脆,咬開後熱氣彌漫,香氣撲鼻。只可惜內餡偏咸,蘿蔔絲清甜不足,不算大過出色。

鍋貼之於小妹其實一點也不陌生,不論是到上海小店、小籠包名店、或是台式店舖如八方雲集等都是經常會吃到的菜式。而北京樓的鍋貼餃子皮不算薄,但勝在表皮香脆,而且內餡肉汁仍存,鮮味十足。因此,整體並不比其他名店遜色。

總體來看,北京樓食物素質不差,但價錢卻偏貴。以上不過四樣菜式就已經要快四百大元,更遑論小妹是次刻意點了些價格偏低的小點,雞魚鴨等大菜一概不碰,卻已經這種價錢,實在是有些不值。畢竟,這樣的味道在一些食店,大概只用一半的價錢便可以得到。
