To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大蝦墨魚汁意粉 $158————————————————整體得分：6.5分 (10分滿分)————————————————👅食評：1️⃣口感 6.5/10意粉嘅軟硬都算係啱啱好，爽口得黎唔會太淋一pat咁，亦唔會太硬搞到牙都崩！頂到有幾大隻嘅虎蝦😍雖然煎得乾身左少少，不過肉質幾實正2️⃣味道 6.5/10平時食墨汁意粉，多數都係蒜香為主。今次食嘅呢個竟然用咗蕃茄辣醬食落唔算好辣，幾易入口。番茄醬亦幾醒胃，不過就甜得滯對於👅超鍾意茄味嘅人就爭啲啦。不過虎蝦嘅蝦味都幾濃，整體嚟講都合格3️⃣抵食 6/10唔知點解係香港食墨汁意大利粉多數都好貴！所以舊幾水一個其實已經見怪不怪😗不過隻七吋嘅虎蝦都算幾大隻，食落又幾好，所以價錢都可以接受嘅。

番茄醬亦幾醒胃，不過就甜得滯
對於👅超鍾意茄味嘅人就爭啲啦。
不過虎蝦嘅蝦味都幾濃，整體嚟講都合格
