To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天放工後慶祝友人生日 到了馬鞍山新港城内的 Teawood。 我們大概晚上七點半到達，大概等了十五分鐘，便可以進去了。我們點了一個柚子南瓜沙律， 一個蔥油麵， 和一個炸豬扒麵。這個沙律很新鮮。菜很多，加上淡淡的醋香和西柚粒粒， 配上南瓜蓉 ，味道清新， 很適合配上 以下油腻的食物。這個是蔥油麵。 真的十分有蔥和油的美味。味道很像手抓餅， 加上花生粒和麵條， 十分惹味， 很特別。這個是炸豬扒麵。 豬扒很大塊，炸得很香脆， 浸在面裏食 ，很好吃。 十分有台灣特色和風味。整體來說食物水準高， 環境舒適， 食物也上得快!
