To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經過荷里活廣場，想食日本料理，就試下呢間，等左5分鐘就有位。環境都ok，唔會太迫。每人嗌左個丼食。滑蛋吉列大蝦丼 $783隻大炸蝦，蝦肉唔多，皮好脆，實物同menu相一樣賣相咁靚，滑蛋好多，好滑。黑咖哩吉列豬排飯 $88豬排都炸得好脆，厚實既肉，口感不錯，咖哩不過不失。迷你泡芙另+$13唔系包cream，系包雪糕，應該雪太耐，比較硬，但都ok，都好食。份量好多，好飽肚，熟食炸物唔錯，下次想試下非熟食既。
