今晚經過深水埗。見到文記車仔麵好多人等位。決定一試。等了10分鐘便入坐。點了油麵加幾味餸。瑞士雞翼幾好。肥美多肉。豬大腸都可以。但不算出色。墨丸內裡在點涼。未夠加熱。牛腩幾好。但再軟一些便最理想。最好是湯底。味濃，我叫的是腩汁湯底，味道好像泰式船麵的湯底。埋單55元。不貴。有機會會再來。
