To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又到星期六啦，happy Saturday，今日經過佐敦元氣分店，啱啱裝修完即管試一試，我哋一行三人入到去見到元氣，入邊好靚好光猛，侍應安排我哋坐角落位，一坐低我哋就叫咗三文魚壽司，元氣卷，軟殼蟹手卷炸蝦卷.....仲有我最愛嘅炙燒帶子壽司大件又夾抵食，真係好好味，又新鮮，最後梗係要試埋個甜品啦佢而家有個新嘅甜品，就係日本北海道朱古力慕絲蛋糕，真係好好味一試難忘加埋側邊有啲白色嘅cream，同埋而家做緊promotion，堂食食滿$150元就可以加$22元換購角落生物毛巾公仔，我當然唔少得要換返一隻回家啦
