To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

價錢合理的西餐廳

放假約朋友在太子食晏，因為之後想去花墟，所以朋友帶了我去平日食開的西餐廳，在花墟前一條街的紅橋餐廳，那一條街都算多餐廳可以選擇，不過午飯時間難免要等位，一行三人等了大概十分鐘。餐廳都整齊企理，坐得舒服不會迫，炎炎夏日之下幾舒服午餐set價錢大概50幾至60幾，包餐湯及熱飲，朋友特別介紹我飲西湯的紫薯忌廉湯，聽落覺得幾有趣，正好今日就有供應，當然要試一試紫薯湯的賣相都不錯，望落有點似糖水，飲落有少少甜，是正常的忌廉湯味，當中有紫薯粒粒，味道幾好。不過飲完紫薯湯之後都有點飽意，加上我點的是車打芝士蘑菇煙肉配意大利飯，所以飯一上菜我就更加覺得飽。雖然平日我很愛食芝士，但今次就慶幸這個飯有芝士味但不會太膩，飯的質感亦剛剛好，最後我都可以完成整個飯，再飲了一杯夠濃的熱朱古力，總數$63，旺區來說價錢合理

紫薯湯的賣相都不錯，望落有點似糖水，飲落有少少甜，是正常的忌廉湯味，當中有紫薯粒粒，味道幾好。
