朋友有日同我講銅鑼灣開左新舖野食好味道,材料品質高同價錢都叫合理。所以終於找到有日同男人一齊去試下,上到去原來佢係分店黎,總店在尖沙咀,係因為太多人訂座而再開多一間。待應好快介紹我地有咩好推介,佢都會睇我地帶咩酒而再介紹,最後我地就叫左以下野食黎食,配上一枝白酒(第一枝免開瓶費,第二枝$100)松露煮日本年糕$98:松露味道濃之餘加上白汁剛剛好,年糕煮得還有一點口感。醬汁吾杰但可剛黏到年糕一起吃好味道,最後還有一些醬汁,最後連汁都淨食左...哈哈艾迪BB鴿$98:日限十隻,今次食到好開心,因為佢用低溫慢煮,所以鴿滑同嫩,皮都好脆口而吾油。好有鴿香同鴿油味道。蟹肉濃湯配鮮蠔杯$128:待應教飲左一半湯再食蠔再飲另一半湯,因為價錢不平所以只叫一個同男人分左佢,龍蝦湯好濃同香,再吃個蠔加汁(類似泰式酸辣汁),清一清口腔同好大股蠔味又夠大隻。之後飲最尾的湯...嘩..濃湯發揮到最好,仲香仲濃,如果叫這個湯一定要咁飲先值回票價!~日本帶子$198:新鮮甜之餘好大隻(L或XL尺寸),好厚肉同份量吾少。解雪解得十分好,滑之餘吾會有梅的情況發生。脆豬仔包配㰖油甜醋牛油$28:包痴的我最愛,包密度夠代表
