To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一碗湯粉/麵$20，價錢來講是好平的，但餸菜及面量好少，食吾飽，一個女仔食都要加底先夠今日食左牛筋併雲吞面，牛筋量都有3-4件，大大件都好入味，反而雲吞得2粒🙈，雲吞入面的蝦都彈牙，只可惜面只得3-4啖，吾係好夠食，下次食都係叫加底（$8）先得，湯底都吾錯，應該係加左牛筋汁所以食落口幾香下銀菊薏米水無糖都幾好飲，單買一支$16，配餐$10，原本我分開2次叫，所以佢無俾到優惠我，之後我有朋友遲來再叫時佢先有俾優惠我（即有跟餐價）
