上年Silk有抽獎活動，仲有用剩九折coupon 呢張coupon並冇寫到期日期，就儘管去問一問仲可唔可以用 2024年1月買時女職員話可以用店舖並沒有正常的餐牌，只有iPad但冇顯示炭焙烏龍絲茶，唔係我飲開都唔識嗌呢杯，收到單據後我見價錢都係比其他分店貴，女職員就解釋話遲啲會將價錢調整至同其他分店一樣。然而我仲有coupon剩，今日2024年3月14日再買，今次個肥男職員又話張coupon 2023年到期，我問佢咁點解我上次過左2024年都比我用，佢話可能有人唔知所以收左，我都照買，點知收到的單據又比上一次買時貴，其他分店的烏龍絲茶+芝士奶蓋只須$32，呢間分店就係$42，足足貴左$10！加上上次個女仔又話價錢會調整返同其他分店一樣，點知冇，價錢仲貴過上次買。同一款飲品比其他分店貴$10，唔同職員既解釋完全唔一致，希慎分店的絲茶完全係大伏！
