To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前排知道呢道新開咗間元氣，我同三個fans就去帮襯。来到不多人不使等位，侍應招呼我們入去，坐低後就點菜，我两個fans首先點咗两個“彩虹卷”賣相都不錯，看上去很好吃。我點咗“炸蝦天婦羅手卷”和“灸燒三文鱼壽司”，炸蝦挺大隻的，咬上去蝦好鲜甜，跟飯一起吃很配合。最喜欢吃的燒三文鱼壽司，燒过的三文鱼很多汁口感滑溜溜的，好吃。埋单百几元找數，價錢ok. 下次會再来。
