To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去到太古想食中菜就入左黎呢到試一試。腿茸杞子扒津白 芡汁鹹淡適中,平時最驚食到d津白芡汁又咸又杰,但佢一d都唔會有呢個問題,最後潵上少少金華火腿茸食落更加有咸香咸香味。芙蓉賽螃蟹 蛋白炒得幾滑又唔會太油,仲有帶子粒,增加口感同鮮味,加埋d醋之後味道更加有層次。今日叫左個起屋企好少做會煲既青城山杏汁白肺湯,個湯夠哂Creamy,杏汁味好濃好足料,飲落好潤咁,岩哂呢d天氣可以滋潤一下烤北京填鴨 一共有四款醬可以選擇-甜面醬桂花糖醬 冰梅醬 胡麻醬,其中桂花糖醬最特別,烤鴨加上桂花既清甜味,感覺好清新,但最鍾意都係傳統既甜麵醬同烤鴨係最夾。總結呢到食下京菜感覺都算舒服,服務態度唔錯。
