今日去到太古想食中菜就入左黎呢到試一試。腿茸杞子扒津白 芡汁鹹淡適中,平時最驚食到d津白芡汁又咸又杰,但佢一d都唔會有呢個問題,最後潵上少少金華火腿茸食落更加有咸香咸香味。芙蓉賽螃蟹 蛋白炒得幾滑又唔會太油,仲有帶子粒,增加口感同鮮味,加埋d醋之後味道更加有層次。今日叫左個起屋企好少做會煲既青城山杏汁白肺湯,個湯夠哂Creamy,杏汁味好濃好足料,飲落好潤咁,岩哂呢d天氣可以滋潤一下烤北京填鴨 一共有四款醬可以選擇-甜面醬桂花糖醬 冰梅醬 胡麻醬,其中桂花糖醬最特別,烤鴨加上桂花既清甜味,感覺好清新,但最鍾意都係傳統既甜麵醬同烤鴨係最夾。總結呢到食下京菜感覺都算舒服,服務態度唔錯。
