To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

午飯時間在旺角，突然想食日本菜，便去MOKO的千両，貪其好味及份量足。午餐選擇很多，可單點或叫套餐，亦可叫迴轉壽司。我貪方便，選了「百両定食」套餐（$85）。這個餐包有雜菜沙律，天婦羅炸蝦丶五件壽司丶湯烏冬及一杯熱飲。沙律菜以日本醋作沙律汁，蔬菜新鮮爽口，味道唔錯，亦很提神醒胃。👍🏻👍🏻壽司有三文魚丶鰹魚丶呑拿魚，魚肉新鮮，厚度適中，入口鮮甜美味。太陽卷和魚子三文魚軍艦同樣出色，尤其是軍艦，三文魚配上脆脆的紫菜和沙律醬，甜美可口。😋😋😋天婦羅的脆漿亦做到厚薄適中，蝦亦新鮮，配合幼滑烏冬來食，一流。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻最後以一杯香濃的咖啡作總結，簡直是一完美的午餐。
