To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友推介，要一試薑蔥桶蠔 - 夠均真，員工喺面前打開數埋隻數先攞去煮，算係惹味，蠔剛剛熟夠creamy; 最欣賞係啲蔥，爽甜芝麻雞 - 失望之選，冇錯芝麻皮幾得意好似食緊煎堆咁，但雞本身過晒火，乾且鞋；眼見其他食客叫嘅豉油雞/鹽局雞望落嫩滑，後悔~椒鹽九肚魚 - 一流，椒鹽夠香夠辣夠咸，九肚魚身上嘅粉非常薄身，正話梅骨 - 其實味道唔錯，但排骨較硬身唔夠鬆化豉椒炒蜆(定花甲？) - 失望之2, 花甲算大隻，但味道淡，太多汁；回想細路時期求其喺屋邨大排檔食個豉椒炒蜆，豉椒味濃之餘汁收得夠乾身，都唔知仲有邊度食得番 ...啫啫芥蘭 - 果然招牌菜，芥蘭夠脆口冇渣，"啫啫料"有肉碎同蝦米夠香夠味，讚薑蔥魚卜 - 正，魚卜煙韌彈牙，薑蔥固然惹味~咸蛋肉片白菜仔湯 - 肉片係猪頸肉嚟，嫩滑，湯本身夠清甜，唔錯綠豆西米露 - 送嘅甜品最驚喜，非常清甜，只係覺得太細碗後記：價錢當然貴過大排檔，質素亦高啲；服務非常親切加唔少分；想試下猪肺湯但人少實飲唔晒，希望可以有細size少少
