今日嚟到西營盤嘅澄居食飯,今次已經係我哋第二次嚟啦,呢間餐廳主打廚師發板,款式都可以同廚師一齊商量。燒吞拿魚鮫外皮燒得好香脆,肉質夠晒嫩滑,入口一啲都唔會覺得腥,吞拿魚嘅油脂非常之豐富,加上有少少鹹味,非常之鮮美。燒豚肉表面燒得好焦脆,入口非常之有彈性,油脂亦都夠晒豐富。燒雞髀肉雞肉非常之有彈性,肉汁好豐富,肉味都幾香濃。燒白鱔白鱔表皮燒得好香脆,肉質柔軟,魚油都幾豐富,亦都唔會太多骨。烏冬烏冬都幾大碗,仲有鮑魚,鮑魚用上乾鮑,真材實料。整體黎講,今餐都幾抵食,二百幾蚊一個人食到咁高質嘅食物。

燒吞拿魚鮫
外皮燒得好香脆,肉質夠晒嫩滑,入口一啲都唔會覺得腥,吞拿魚嘅油脂非常之豐富,加上有少少鹹味,非常之鮮美。

燒豚肉
表面燒得好焦脆,入口非常之有彈性,油脂亦都夠晒豐富。

燒雞髀肉
雞肉非常之有彈性,肉汁好豐富,肉味都幾香濃。

燒白鱔
白鱔表皮燒得好香脆,肉質柔軟,魚油都幾豐富,亦都唔會太多骨。

烏冬
烏冬都幾大碗,仲有鮑魚,鮑魚用上乾鮑,真材實料。

整體黎講,今餐都幾抵食,二百幾蚊一個人食到咁高質嘅食物。
