最近家人到過一間性價比高的扒房用餐,今晚帶我去品嚐,並做東道。「NATA - Steak, Wine & Cocktail」位置在觀塘工廈區,鄰近鐵路站,交通非常方便。扒房室內裝置簡潔,在柔和的燈光投射下,木質桌椅更顯和諧温暖感覺!安座後看見桌面已經放置加溫器皿,讓客人享用扒類食品,能保持食物溫度,十分細心體貼!我們主菜選擇了:美國1855安格斯肉眼、慢煮伊比利豬鞍和明太子忌廉大蝦意粉。挑選了安格斯肉眼扒,我選擇七成熟,對粉嫩肉質夠腍滑,肉味香濃,口感與營養價值都滿意。慢煮伊比利豬鞍~伊比利豬是屬優質豬肉,用慢煮更能保留豬鞍香濃肉味,與肉質細膩鮮嫩,再蘸兩款自家調製醬汁,味道昇華到另外的多個層次了!明太子忌廉大蝦意粉~明太子為日本九州博多的名產,是以鱈魚卵加鹽醃漬而成;明太子配大蝦即成海鮮意粉,忌廉也帶來綿密幼滑口感。前菜:西班牙鬆脆包配香蒜希臘芝士醬、原味薯條。家人喜歡鬆脆香的酥西班牙包蘸配香蒜希臘芝士醬吃,我則喜歡橄欖油油浸蕃茄伴吃!特飲:薄荷朱古力咖啡碎冰、荔枝玫瑰冰茶,和我的百香果冰茶,百香果的天然果酸令我消膩開胃,是一道好冰茶!上更開心的時刻自然是甜品,我輕輕搖動碟子,那震騰
