聽同事講起,有間隱藏於尖東南洋中心的日本料理~沃川,食物質素好,價錢大衆化,正擔心晚餐唔知食乜好,於是放工後就約咗班friend一齊去試下啦。鰝鰺池魚,餐廳自製的酸汁,充分帶出鱼肉的鮮味,食落肉質細緻,亦可以捲著長長的芽蔥一齊食 ,味道更鮮美拖羅,脂肪分布均勻,係吞拿魚最肥美的部位,好新鮮肉質非常肥美,入口即溶鹽燒牛舌,燒得香口之餘仍能保持肉汁豐腴,口感嫩滑而有嚼勁,佐酒一流柚子鹽燒白鱔,燒得皮脆肉滑,好香 清酒煮蜆,蜆好新鮮大隻,食落一D都唔韌,配合清酒的芬芳馥郁,真係鮮甜無比天婦羅,沖繩涼瓜,味道甘甜爽脆;舞茸,味道清香四溢,肉質脆嫩 ;栗米係天婦羅係第一次食,聽店員介紹係將栗米蒸熟后再炸成金黃色,表面炸漿薄,仲可以睇到一粒粒嘅栗米,炸過後仲好多汁,食起來栗米香脆飽滿,一D都唔油膩 朋友果然無介紹錯~下次會再黎幫襯
