近日荃灣成為了我的新寵地點, 購物飲食及娛樂通通可在荃灣做到,而且每間商場都有天橋連接不用擔心日曬雨淋。今次嚟到「M Kitchen」,位於荃灣眾安街68號荃灣千色匯I期2樓,食完飯可搭巴士或港鐵非常方便。餐廳環境舒適,每枱都有一定距離,有私人空間,絕冇壓迫感。前菜「凱撒沙律拼煙三文魚$68」,份量剛好二人share,沙律菜新鮮,味道凱撒沙律醬微酸十分開胃。湯類「特色龍蝦湯$48」,熱辣辣香噴噴,很濃郁的龍蝦香,湯底入口暢滑,還有2粒爽口的蝦仁,飲後很溫暖。主菜「香草燒春雞配黑松露蛋黃醬及薯條$98」,雞肉嫩滑不會乾爭爭,薯條有啖啖薯肉,有水準。飲品「薄荷檸檬梳打$38」,新爽薄荷香,甜度剛好,消暑解渴,加上賣相靚打卡一流。
