趁未太熟,快啲食多餐火鍋,去胡爐,因為近公司,價錢又抵食。叫胡椒豬肚花膠雞鍋 $288,好細心,花膠胡椒及雞件三款食材分開方,湯裏面只放咗豬肚、酸菜及配料,我哋嘅可以決定軟度,唔會過火。雞當然係即煮即食好味好多,滑得多,花膠又唔怕過溶,好多胡椒碎,自己落,好夠辣。另一主角係胡爐牛拼盤(牛舌芯、安格斯手打肥牛、極上手切牛頸脊、牛胸爽、霜降牛粒),完全係唔同口感,各有特色。丸子餃子缺不了,全部都唔係普通嘢,好有特色,蟹子蝦丸、梅菜豬肉丸、黑松露墨魚丸。黑松露蟹肉餃很夾,好味。
