To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Grand Hyatt 自助餐✨🦥現在的自助餐很難book位，這間也不例外，我是在兩個月前訂座😂很好彩！訂到！😂晚市自助餐，加一後，每位$866。每位可享用一隻龍蝦，有三款烹調方法可選擇，凍食、芝士或香草焗。是次選了芝士焗龍蝦，很好吃！啖啖肉！蝦膏👍🏻雖然自助餐的食物不算太多款，但很夠份量，有高質的食材。此外，配搭優雅的環境，再加上有現場樂隊表演，整體來說很高分！推薦的食物包括：鵝肝、威靈頓牛扒、法式田螺、長腳蟹、生蠔、自家製煙熏三文魚、炸魚薯條，都很高質！至於甜品方面，一定要吃酒店自家製的雪糕和雪芭，特別是《芒果糯米飯》味道的雪糕，認真夠特色！芒果糯米飯味的雪糕原來真的有一粒粒的糯米飯，很有咀嚼感！好吃！總結：優質食材、環境優雅、令人舒適的grand Hyatt 自助餐。

雖然自助餐的食物不算太多款，但很夠份量，有高質的食材。此外，配搭優雅的環境，再加上有現場樂隊表演，整體來說很高分！
