暑假得7天,只能留港,決定食翻餐omakase 先,今次黎到中環既昶(音廠/暢)。昶解作日照長久,作為餐廳甚有意思,富正能量!到左餐廳,環境靚麗,soft music 令人感覺恬靜寫意~呢度除了廚師發辦外,原來都有鐵板燒選擇。是晚係十六道既廚師法辦白粟米凍湯作為16道盛宴開端,甚有驚喜,清新微甜,有少許一兩粒白粟米,增添口感!伊佐木(isaki)夏季當造,加左草啫喱和食用花,上面也有蔥花,吃起來柔軟同滋味。室津蠔大大隻,面上紅色係番茄草啫喱,放入口,極新鮮,海水味足,咬落去很爽口呢!!實在令人回味!深海池魚厚切刺身,肉質細嫩爽脆。銀雪魚銀雪魚面上鋪左些炸大蔥絲,燒一燒,油脂同魚香更突出滋味!鮟鱇魚肝cookie 包住,口感滑嫩細滑,入口即化赤海膽酥脆米餅作底,綿密潤滑,口感豐富。魚湯入口感覺有骨膠原感覺,相信熬了好耐,好喝!甜品時令水果為日本梨和蜜瓜,甜甜的,為十六道畫上完美句號!整體而言,食物富心思滋味有驚喜,環境舒適高雅,服務體貼,omakase 優質之選!
