To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早前得知佐敦開了這家麵包店, 剛開業時人流相當旺, 麵包很快便賣完。熱潮過後終有機會一試, 下午五時多到達, 麵包款式所餘不多, 看了一圈, 喜好咸食多於甜食的我, 放棄了牛角包和Bagel, 明太子法包和一個松露超級蘑菇，店家有提供麵包加熱服務，不過我帶了回家吃。明太子法包原以只有表面有一層明太子醬，原來中間也有，鹹鹹香香的，放進焗爐烤一會，法包更脆，挺好吃的，中間的醬有點油膩，而且麵包也算大個，分著吃比較好。松露超級蘑菇包長得像一顆大蘑菇，造型很可愛。內裡的黑松露忌廉芝士醬非常香，味道相當高級，喜歡松露香及cream cheese的不能錯過這個。
