食鐵板燒,最享受既就係一路睇住師傅係面前料理邊等野食既時候,一路可以傾下計😋跟朋友皆選左 『櫻』一人前套餐:先用沙律:藍莓、車厘茄、哈密瓜、巴馬火腿裏青瓜絲。各樣蔬果都好新鮮,一個好既開始👍其後既係 - 北海道帆立貝:帆立貝上拌有三文魚籽跟黑松露醬另配有百香果汁,不論是口感跟味道,都咁出色👍季節燒魚:魚塊 先炸好魚皮一邊,再用火槍灼熱魚肉,香脆既魚皮而魚肉依舊嫩滑=)不論是加沾配有既海膽忌廉汁,還是淨食都一樣咁好😍鵝肝:差不多好時,再在表面加糖後灼燒,軟糯既鵝肝跟焦糖既香味👍只能說 - 好滿足💗特定牛肉:封門柳 配以 五成熟口感出黎剛剛好,另配有鹽昆布,加埋一齊食,味道更加好👍(而朋友揀左 七成熟 - 口感相對上較紮實,但肉味更濃)炒飯跟麵豉湯:簡單既配料,出黎既效果也不錯=)甜品:除了有柚子雪葩 外, 還跟了焦糖多士,最後再飲啖洛神花茶,解膩且滿足。
