元朗人氣鐵板燒🔥🔥講真真係好少約食飯約到入元朗,但今次朋友話呢間嘅午市鐵板燒性價比高,所以當然係要試一試啦!其中有幾樣令我印象深刻,南非鮑魚配鮑魚肝醬,咸香鮮味。鵝肝多士,入口即溶滿口鵝油香。而白甘鯛絕對係我當日嘅hightlight✨! 魚鱗酥脆再配合鮮嫩多汁嘅魚油,口感真係一流!就連伴碟嘅龍珠果都好好味。總括而言,每道菜都幾高質,而且最重要係價錢合理👍🏻,呢個價錢呢個質素真係無得輸呀,入開元朗絕對值得去試下。

鵝肝係我非常推薦嘅菜式之一!!本身係一個完全食唔到鵝肝嘅人,但係佢用咗士多啤梨汁(應該係佢哋用日本好甜嘅士多啤梨自家製嘅汁)配搭柚子醃蘿蔔,見到佢好似會用少少紅酒煎,呢個配搭非常之新穎,而且好好味!配上底下面薄脆法包,鵝肝煎到外脆內軟,對於一個完全唔食內臟嘅人來講完全係可以接受,而且係會想繼續食!🥹🥰

先說一下,廚師發辦set很豐富,沒有人不是飽住走,見到有其他客人甚至要打包走😂
首先是前菜的部份
-日式胡麻豆腐三文魚子配上Ham跟木魚
很Fusion,但胡麻醬一向都很開胃,豆腐嫩滑再配上三文魚子跟Ham的咸香,好夾!
-鱈場蟹菜碗蒸
這個是seasonal 的菜式,蟹肉很多很鮮,蛋味配上日式高湯好甜好好味,中間加左Herb調味,很出色🙏🏻 覺得可以成為regular menu
-岩手縣生蠔
配上了柚子汁,生蠔嘅大細是我的手的一半
-帶子配三文魚子及海膽汁
帶子一人兩隻,咬口鬆軟,海膽汁嘅味道同我想像中一樣,不過如果點咗海膽汁會偏甜,帶走咗少少牛油嘅香氣,但帶子配三文魚子就好夾
-南非鮑魚
南非鮑魚食落去係有驚喜嘅,因為佢嘅肉質比我想像中滑,配上咗類似鮟鱇魚嘅醬汁,係好食的
-喜之次魚
其實我真係唔係好記得啲全名,因為係好chill住咁食,呢一度菜是冠軍🏆
因為廚師技巧地炸起啲魚鄰,好脆好好食
魚嘅肉質滑到不得了,仲有啲菠菜忌廉汁
-花膠藥膳湯
超級無敵驚喜,冇諗過有花膠食
更加冇諗過係煎嘅花膠
仲要煎得好好味,好入味
藥膳嘅味唔重,放心飲成件事好夾
-煎白子
白子雖然唔係人人都愛,但佢煎完之後其實幾容易入口
-炸流心蛋賴尿蝦
呢個應該係我第二最愛,因為用左炸米通咁既食材配落蝦到再加上流心蛋,好正
-鵝肝多士配士多啤梨汁
士多啤梨嘅甜味,令到個鵝肝冇咁膩
-A4和牛
入口即溶嘅和牛有幾好食就唔多講了
望住佢哋燒和牛,就好似睇咗一場火嘅表演
-柚子味雪葩
本身就好鍾意食雪葩
再加上柚子味嘅清新
係幸福嘅感覺🤣

其實仲有幾樣菜式我冇提及😂
因為真係多到嘔泡,可想而知呢一餐有幾咁抵食🙏🏻 最緊要係睇得出廚師同員工都好有火去維繫呢間餐廳同埋做好菜式。
佢哋仲唔係得個講字,作品就是說話👍

食過多次鐵板,這間店價格不貴,但意外地食物質素比其他價格更貴的店還要好,第一次試,感覺廚師相當認真,主打自家調味醬料的的確出色,整體來說所有食物都好味,用料雖未算最上乘,但食材仍然新鮮及富有特色,唯一餐具擺放可以改善一下,總括而言性價比極高,值得一提的是員工態度相當友善,廚師細心介紹食材及煮法,非常專業,期望Menu會更多選擇,會再去!

一直都有拖延症終於捨得寫返食評元朗出名多野食 睇到好多人都介紹呢間鐵板燒見到午餐價錢相宜等埋朋友得閒就book咗個午餐試吓(因為平時夜晚食鐵板燒真係好貴😂)本身成日都覺得鐵板燒食唔飽~所以都好少去食😂今次成個午餐set最出色係個鮑魚同埋鵝肝👍🏻自己本身都好鍾意食鮑魚唔會太硬都好新鮮 睇住師傅整特別覺得好味🤣鵝肝啲油分出晒嚟 好香好食👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻啲嘢都幾精緻 久唔久想有高少少享受可以試下❣️

最出色係個鮑魚同埋鵝肝👍🏻
自己本身都好鍾意食鮑魚
唔會太硬都好新鮮
睇住師傅整特別覺得好味🤣
鵝肝啲油分出晒嚟 好香好食

啲嘢都幾精緻
久唔久想有高少少享受可以試下❣️

放假黎搵呢間鐵板燒試試,位置我覺得都有少少難搵,比較入 我地揀左和二人餐,個set好豐富我最喜歡嘅係北海道帆立貝、鵝肝同埋砂糖多士帆立貝好肥美,搭配埋三文魚籽同蟹肉好好食鵝肝同啲米通一齊食好正,新鮮嘅搭配!尤其要讚嘅係服務,服務真係好好!!
