Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

尋晚食完晚餐buffet，美國生蠔中size大部份都脹卜卜唔會餓到瘦曬，上湯龍蝦好彈牙味道適中，鴨掌入味好滑，花膠黏口有一定厚度咬落去好有口感，但略嫌老抽加多左，好鍾意食嗰啲鵝肝好味，章魚燒唔太多粉煷得唔燶唔大粒成粒放落口外脆內軟，羊架調味好冇乜騷味，但燒得熟咗少少，一定要試吓蒸點心，天婦羅粉漿開得好好薄，熱艋冷盤沙律湯甜品都🌟級水準。 魚、粉麵、咖喱就認真麻麻地。食咗18只生蠔，仲好多其他食物回晒本，😋值得一試👍🏻扺🥰
